You can be ambitious, responsible and capable, and still feel that whatever you do is never quite enough. This space helps you notice how self-demand operates in your life, regain clarity and move forward through more conscious, autonomous and sustainable choices.
It is not always clear what needs to change, but there is a growing sense that you don’t want to keep growing from the same internal place.
That feeling isn’t random.
It is a sign.
If resting makes you feel guilty, slowing down makes you uncomfortable, you push yourself even when you’re already tired, and you know you need to prioritise yourself but keep putting it off, this coaching is for you.
Elena, for years has carried a great deal of responsibility, delivering results, supporting others, and meeting expectations. Recently, something shifted: a new life stage, a level of exhaustion she can no longer ignore, or a question she had never stopped to ask herself. Now, she feels she can no longer keep operating from the same relentless self-imposed standards that have driven her for so long.
She is not looking to lower her standards. She is looking to build a different relationship with herself and with her own drive for excellence, one that is no longer dependent on constant achievement to feel worthy.
You feel guilty when you rest or slow down.
You do a lot, but rarely feel like it’s enough.
You find it difficult to switch off.
You push yourself even when you’re tired.
You want to set boundaries or prioritize yourself, but struggle to hold them.
You’re going through a significant personal or professional change.
You want to remain ambitious without being driven by internal pressure.
Self-demand has brought you this far. It can also become a pressure that shapes how you work, rest, make decisions, and relate to yourself and defines what “doing enough” means.
Self-demand
Observe how your inner pressure works today and what you expect of yourself.
Prioritisation
Bring your needs, values and boundaries back into your decisions.
Intentional action
Try small experiments and learn from what happens in real life.
Sustainable autonomy
Trust your own judgment and your ability to support yourself.
Coaching creates a space for prioritization to observe patterns, question what no longer serves you, and experiment with new ways of responding through conscious choice, rather than external or internal demands.
It is not about “fixing” anyone.
It is about creating clarity, fostering autonomy, and moving toward a consciously chosen life, with a clear purpose: achieving what you set out to achieve.
Prioritising yourself does not mean neglecting your responsibilities. It means putting yourself back into your own decisions.
Before deciding, you can feel what it's like.
Bring a topic you’d like to explore.
For 20 minutes, you’ll experience how I work and what it feels like to have a space dedicated entirely to listening to you, observing what’s happening, and thinking with clarity.

I’m Kate Meneses, a professional coach who helps highly self-demanding women develop personal leadership through significant change.
For years, I was a results-oriented woman, I still am but from a different perspective. I pushed myself, met my goals, and moved forward… and from the outside, everything seemed to be working.
But on the inside, something just didn’t feel quite enough. My self-worth was deeply tied to what I achieved.
And with every major transition, that way of holding myself together began to crumble.
Questions arose that I couldn’t ignore:
“If I’m not what I achieve… then who am I?”
“How do I want to experience my life?”
I didn't want to stop pushing myself. I wanted to learn how to do it without losing myself in the process.
That process led me to separate my identity from my performance, without giving up my ambition, discipline, and desire for self-improvement.
Today, I support self-demanding women who are at that same juncture: when what used to work no longer fits and they need to redefine how they want to continue growing.
My approach is focused on turning insights into concrete experiences that help you think, decide, and act with greater autonomy and intention.
My role is not to tell you what to do or solve your problems for you. I create a safe, empathetic, and judgment-free space where you can listen to yourself, question your patterns, and explore new possibilities.
I have lived and worked in multicultural environments in countries such as Colombia, Argentina, Hungary, and Spain. I have a background in Human Resources Management and a master’s degree in Coaching and Personal Leadership. My practice is aligned with the professional standards of the ICF and EMCC.
Running marathons is one of the ways I practice self-leadership.
It has taught me that growing isn’t just about pushing yourself harder, but about learning to take better care of yourself along the way.
To look at a situation from perspectives you may not have considered yet.
To question narratives and patterns with honesty, respect and curiosity.
To observe how guilt, anxiety, shame, insecurity, doubt, or the need to set a boundary show up for you.
To turn learning into choices and actions that make sense for you.
To practice what you discover in the session into real-life situations.
According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), professional coaching is a partnership between a coach and their client (or coachee) through a reflective, creative, and inspiring process that encourages the client to maximise their personal and professional potential.
The ICF adheres to a form of coaching that honours and respects the client as the greatest expert in their personal and professional life. It believes that every client is creative, whole, resourceful, capable of taking initiative, and full of potential. Coaching is not psychology, counselling, mentoring, or consulting.
In practice, coaching is a space for reflection and action: a place to step out of autopilot, listen to yourself more closely, and make decisions based on what matters to you today. It is not about fixing you or giving you answers. Instead, it supports you in exploring and discovering what matters, and turning what emerges in the conversation into meaningful actions that make sense for you and move you closer to your goals.
The main difference is that therapy focuses on mental health, including the assessment and treatment of trauma and psychological disorders, while coaching focuses on specific goals and action plans to support personal or professional growth in people who are psychologically and emotionally well enough to engage in coaching.
Other differences include:
Therapy may focus on the present while also exploring the past and the roots of emotional or psychological difficulties.
Coaching focuses primarily on the present and on creating the future the client wants.
Therapy supports people experiencing clinical conditions or significant emotional distress.
Coaching is intended for people who are functioning well and want to develop their capabilities, make changes, or achieve meaningful goals.
If a different need arises during the coaching process, we will discuss it together and consider whether a referral to an appropriate professional would be more helpful.
