Does she feel familiar? Elena is the woman who carries a lot, expects a great deal from herself, and is searching for a way to succeed without losing herself in the process. If you see yourself in her, you're in the right place.
"I want to keep growing, without
losing myself in the process."
Ambitious · Sensitive · Capable · High Performer
Going through a personal or professional transition
Elena, for years has carried a great deal of responsibility, delivering results, supporting others, and meeting expectations. Recently, something shifted: a new life stage, a level of exhaustion she can no longer ignore, or a question she had never stopped to ask herself. Now, she feels she can no longer keep operating from the same relentless self-imposed standards that have driven her for so long.
She is not looking to lower her standards. She is looking to build a different relationship with herself and with her own drive for excellence, one that is no longer dependent on constant achievement to feel worthy.
Highly competitive and demanding environments.
Women who seem to "have it all figured out."
Social media filled with idealized lives.
An overloaded life with little time for herself.
A culture of hyper-productivity.
"You have tremendous potential."
"You always achieve everything you set out to do."
Family and workplace expectations.
Comparisons with women who seem to be making more progress.
Messages about "productivity" and "surface-level self-care."
"If I slow down, I'll lose what I've built."
"I have to be able to handle everything."
"I find it hard to enjoy the present without thinking about what's next."
"No matter what I do, it never feels like enough."
"I want to be productive... without feeling overwhelmed."
"I know I should slow down... but I find it hard to let go."
She says she wants to change, yet she keeps holding herself to the same standards.
She actively seeks tools and personal development content.
She starts projects with enthusiasm but struggles to sustain them.
She tends to overthink, take on too much, and procrastinate when she feels emotionally overwhelmed.
She finds it difficult to maintain habits and routines without becoming rigid or feeling guilty.
She is in survival mode: driven by high self-imposed standards, constant pressure, and overwhelm.
She is navigating significant life changes (personal and/or professional) and experiencing an identity crisis.
She struggles with self-doubt and fears judgment, failure, and rejection.
She finds it difficult to rest, set boundaries, and prioritize herself.
She feels disconnected from herself and her own needs.
She relies on external validation.
She lives to meet expectations, not to make her own choices.
Sustainable success without self-abandonment.
An identity aligned with her values.
Conscious self-leadership.
Self-compassionate discipline and sustainable habits.
Rest without guilt and genuine self-care.
Self-worth and inner validation.
A healthy relationship with herself and others.
Self-trust.
Feeling proud of her journey.
You may appear competent, successful, resourceful, and capable on the outside, but your inner experience might be very different.
For a long time, you have been carrying responsibilities, expectations, decisions, and a pace that has brought you to where you are today.
And even though many things are working, you are starting to notice that something no longer fits in the same way.
Perhaps you are not falling apart on the outside, but you do feel exhausted from living with constant self-pressure.
It is not always clear what needs to change, but there is a growing sense that you don’t want to keep growing from the same internal place.
That feeling isn’t random.
It is a sign.
It isn't a lack of ambition or discipline.
It is accumulation.
Years of holding it all together, adapting, pushing yourself, functioning…
without ever pausing to listen to yourself.

I’m Kate Meneses, a life coach focused on women’s self-leadership.
For years, I was a results-oriented woman, I still am but from a different perspective. I pushed myself, met my goals, and moved forward… and from the outside, everything seemed to be working.
But on the inside, something just didn’t feel quite enough. My self-worth was deeply tied to what I achieved.
And with every major transition, that way of holding myself together began to crumble.
Questions arose that I couldn’t ignore:
“If I’m not what I achieve… then who am I?”
“How do I want to experience my life?”
I didn't want to stop pushing myself. I wanted to learn how to do it without losing myself in the process.
That process led me to separate my identity from my performance, without giving up my ambition, discipline, and desire for self-improvement.
Today, I support women who are at that same juncture: when what used to work no longer fits and they need to redefine how they want to continue growing.
My approach combines reflective conversation, active listening, and questions that invite a broader perspective.
I have lived and worked in multicultural environments in countries such as Colombia, Argentina, Hungary, and Spain. I have a background in Human Resources and a master’s degree in Coaching and Personal Leadership. My practice is aligned with the professional standards of the ICF and EMCC.
Running marathons is one of the ways I practice self-leadership.
It has taught me that growing isn’t just about pushing yourself harder, but about learning to take better care of yourself along the way.
Listening to myself has been more difficult than being hard on myself.
Sometimes, taking a break has been the most honest way to move forward.
It hasn’t been about being less demanding of myself, but about learning to support myself better.
Redefining how to keep growing has changed everything.
Coaching is...
A present and future-focused support process aimed at people who want to improve a specific area of their lives.
A reflective space to step out of autopilot, listen more deeply to what you truly want, and make decisions that feel more aligned with who you are today.
A cycle of exploration and action focused on goals, which allows for a progressive deepening of self-awareness and self-understanding through reflective dialogue, and then translates insights into concrete actions.
What is it for?
Coaching helps you unlock what is holding you back and activate your potential.
It can support you in:
Making important decisions with greater clarity.
Understanding and managing your emotions with more ease.
Improving your relationships, leadership, or communication.
Feeling supported during moments of change or uncertainty.
Unlike other disciplines, coaching does not give advice, diagnose, or treat mental health conditions. Instead, it guides you in discovering your own answers through exploratory questions, deep listening, and a non-judgmental perspective.
Step out of autopilot mode to listen to yourself with greater attention.
Understand what no longer fits, what is important to you now, and what needs to change.
Rethink your relationship with self-demand, achievement, and the way you make decisions.
Move toward what you want with renewed self-confidence.
It isn't about pushing yourself harder or about pushing yourself less. It is about understanding yourself better.
It isn't about doing less. It is about doing things differently.
It isn't about being less ambitious. It is about building a more sustainable way of moving forward.
It is about learning to lead yourself without letting internal pressure, guilt, or
constant self-demand run your life.
Constant self-demand → Conscious self-demand
Operating on autopilot → Acting with clarity
Harsh self-criticism → Constructive self-evaluation
Identity based on achievement → Identity based on values
Together we work on:
personal leadership
internal pressure and patterns of excessive self-demand
limiting beliefs and a demanding inner dialogue
boundaries, priorities, and decision-making
sustainable habits and consistent actions
reconnecting with what trully matters to you
These changes do not happen overnight.
They are built step by step.
Through reflection, energy management, and the intentional practice of new ways of supporting yourself.
My approach is non-judgmental, reflective, experiential, and practical. I offer a space to slow down, gain clarity, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and make more conscious decisions about how you want to live and work.
